A new yeast variety was created by Baltika specialists to produce this beer. One distinctive element of the recipe for Baltika LITE is freshly germinated ‘green’ malt, which has highly active natural fermentation agents that give the beer a light taste. The alcohol content of this new beer variety is 4.0% by volume.
