OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 July 2008 was announced, that the National Rating Agency (NRA) has updated the ranking of the companies according to the 2007 results.

Ranking of the bond-issuing companies was made on the basis of the public statistical information received from the quarterly statements of the issuers. Over 90 companies were included in the ranking by the results of the financial year 2007.

Traditionally issuing companies of a non-financial sector that received the credit solvency rating from the National Rating Agency take part in the ranking of companies. A number of companies are preparing the consolidated financial statements; they also took part in the ranking. The results of the ranking and the collected statistical information on financial indicators of the companies are used at calculations of NRA credit quality ratio.

By the 2007  results, the companies were ranked under five indicators, namely,  total proceeds, initial cost of the fixed assets, average number of employees, total assets, and own and extra means ratio.

Under the ranking IDGC of Centre, JSC is considered to be the most financially stable company according to the own and extra means ratio.  "Surgutneftegaz", "Tatneft", "Moscow City Telephone Communications", "Russian Railroads", "Aeroflot", and “Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Complex” are also presented in this nomination.
