OREANDA-NEWS. On July 16, 2008, URSA Bank successfully signed a USD 150 million Trade Related Syndicated Term Loan Facility.

CALYON (“CALYON”), ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”), ING Bank N.V. (“ING”) and Raiffeisen Zentralbank Цsterreich AG (“RZB”) were the bookrunners. The one year facility pays a margin of 160 bps. It was launched at an initial amount of USD 50 million and after receiving overwhelming response from the market it closed oversubscribed at USD 150 million with 19 banks from across Europe, Middle East and Asia joining the syndication. The facility will be used for financing of certain export-import transactions of URSA Bank’s clients.

URSA Bank last accessed the debt market in February 2008 raising USD 125 million.
