On 25 July 2008 was announced, that the pilot project "Corporative University", the purpose of which is to improve the professionalism of the employees of the companies of IMG Holding, started at "Oranta" Incorporated. Since the very beginning the establishment of IMG Holding has purposed that only skilled and competent managers and professionals, who have taken the responsibility to perform ambitious enough business targets, set by the shareholders, and formation of new corporative culture, would be able to provide with further transformation and strategic development of the Holding.

According to the words of the Holding’s representative, a member of the Supervisory board of "Oranta" Incorporated, Oleksandr Tyminskyy, the main objectives of the University are:

to become "supplier" of special professional skills;

to establish the efficient system of consolidation of employees’ experience, preservation and expansion of organizational skills;

to be a single center of corporative culture, "depository" of Holding’s valuables, a propagandist of corporative philosophy;

to become a center of innovations and a catalyzer of organizational development.

According to the words of Mr. Tyminskyy just very those grounds allow the new corporative structure increasing the value of the intellectual capital of "Oranta" Incorporated in the future that will let consolidate the positions of the company in the market.

Due to the plan of the project development, the in-depth interview and questioning of the personnel to investigate the business needs, the needs in training and level of the organizational development of the company will be held in Head office and two regional directorates of "Oranta" Incorporated. The analysis of these data will allow precisely determining the directions, volumes and training terms for all categories of managers and specialists as well as the measures to create the necessary level of the corporative culture — the image of the company that is in the mind of owners, employees, and furthermore — in the minds of customers, clients, partners, competitors.

The next step in the plans of the project will be everything that concerns the strategic and tactical limits of the establishment of the Corporative university — its operational structure, interactions with Personnel department, models for training and teaching, perspectives for the development. Geographically the university will be located in city Boryspol — it is there where the sites for training and corporative actions have already been prepared and the construction of the hotel for students has been started. The corporative training and the development of employees will become uninterrupted for all. The improvement of the qualification will be obligatory to pass through attestation. Ongoing seminars on urgent problems of the Company’s development, thematic seminars on the best practices and insurance business, as well as branch directions will be important. In addition at University, the emphasis will be made on inner training.
