On 04 August 2008 was announced, that the board of directors of "Oranta" Incorporated approved the new Standard of corporative rules for conduct in the company, i.e. the code that regulates the activity of the employees of the company and determines the rules for uniform corporative polices, communication with colleagues, business partners, clients, requirements for clothes and etc. The purpose for implementation of norms and rules is to increase investment attractiveness of the company and to establish the confidence to the company from outside, as well as to increase efficiency of the personnel activity and to regulate the conduct in the situations, difficult from the point of ethics. Besides, this Standard is a component of corporative culture of the company and a significant factor in its development. It reveals the values of the company to all employees, orients to uniform corporative purpose and, thus, increases the collective identity, develops the corporative culture.
