OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 August 2008 was announced, that 7 houses to be demolished in Timiryazevsky township, north Moscow, by 2010.

According to a press service of the northern administrative district of Moscow, 7 houses are to be demolished within the complex reconstruction of Timiryazevsky township by 2010. They are located on 8 Timiryazevskaya Street, 13 Dmitrovskoe Shosse, bldg 2-5, 55 Dmitrovskoe Shosse bldg 1, 2.

A kindergarten for 95 children is to be built on 7A Lokomotivny Proezd in 2008.

It is also planned to erect and reconstruct 2 buildings of military boarding school No 1 on 30 Vucheticha Street and to reconstruct the crisis centre for women on 9A Dubki Street in Timiryazevsky township during 2008-2010.

A building for the Timiryazevsky district court has been recently completed on 65 Dmitrovskoe Shosse. The premises where the court was located before is to be occupied by Timiryazevsky Department of Internal Affairs.

The press service added that the large-scale reconstruction would take place from 2010 to 2020 and stipulated the demolition of 95 buildings, the reconstruction of 25 houses and the construction of 5 schools and 6 kindergartens.

Due to the numerous addresses by the residents the municipal authorities are correcting the design project of blocks 65, 66-70, 91-95 and blocks 71-76 surrounded the park Dubki.

The design of whole Timiryazevsky township in north Moscow is to be elaborated by 2010.
