OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 August 2008 was announced, that CJSC Russian Engineering Energetic Network Company founded by MIRAX Group and INTECO has won the contest to work out a development scheme of the 674.3-ha area in Moscow occupied by transmission facilities.

The first auction for developing a design scheme of the Moscow areas occupied by transmission facilities took place on July 17. Three lots with the total area of 674.3 ha were put up for the auction. All the lots were won by CJSC Russian Engineering Energetic Network Company.

According to the practice established in Moscow, creators of a development project of an area become its investors.

The first 220.5-ha area passes along Profsoyuznaya Street. It is limited by the MKAD in the south and by the Garden Ring Road in the north.

The second 219.8-ha area is located near Yaroslavskoe Highway and Bolshaya Cherkizovskaya Street and ends at the Garden Ring Road.

The third 234-ha area goes from Shchyolkovskoe Highway and through Rusakovskaya Street, Kalanchyovskaya Street and Ryazansky Avenue to the Garden Ring Road.

“We are participating in the development of the documents as we are interested in these areas. We would like to get them to build on in the sequel,” Oleg Soloshansky, vice-president of INTECO, noted.
