OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2008. Pavel Skurikhin, the Chairman of the board of directors of “Siberian agrarian holding” (SAHO) group, and Juri Trushin, CEO of OJSC “Rosselkhozbank”, signed agreement on cooperation.

Due to this agreement cooperation between one of the largest agricultural holdings of the country and the leading Russian bank in agribusiness will reach new stage of development.

“Nowadays development of cooperation between Rosselkhozbank and large agro-industrial holdings became one of priority tasks. Rosselkhozbank launches full-service system for such holdings offering them the whole range of banking services. “Signing of this Agreement is the next step in this direction”,- Juri Trushin declared.

In particular, the agreement presupposes credits for companies incorporated into SAHO, which will enable them to replenish working assets, purchase agricultural machinery, building and reconstruction of livestock complexes. “SAHO, being one of the largest Russian agricultural holdings, plans to develop simultaneously several activities — in crop production, livestock farming, bread production, etc.- Andrey Bakin, the first deputy Chairman of the board of directors, comments.-

The agreement will let us put our relations with Rosselkhozbank at a new level of quality and will certainly help us implement large-scale investment projects”.
