OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 August 2008 was announced, that PAVA Group, one of the largest companies in Siberia, has completed restructuring. PAVA Group includes over 20 enterprises specializing in agricultural production, flour milling, investment activities and rendering of services. Therefore, the main objective of restructuring was to improve the management system, financial and economic policy of the company, its operational activity, the system of marketing and distribution, personnel management.

After the restructuring PAVA became a company comprising 3 large divisions. Each of them specializes on activities in different sectors: “Agribusiness”, “Investments” and “Services”.

It should be stressed that changing the structure of the company was a relevant response to the market situation and new, expanded scope of business. Recently, several new enterprises were included in the company structure, besides the investment and construction line of business was strengthened.

Today, the agribusiness division conducts activities on the biggest scale. It includes OJSC PAVA with a number of subdivisions and subsidiaries – namely: arable units, grain reception enterprises, OJSC “PAVA-Export”, OJSC “Zauralsky Kreker”, Rebrikha, Mikhailovsky and Achinsk flour mills.

Moreover, the structural changes should improve the company’s appeal for investors, expanding its opportunities for attracting external funds and increase value”, commented Andrey Igoshin, President of PAVA Group.
