OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 August 2008 was announced, that on the second day of the board's work, the results of the company's work in the second quarter of the current year on six target subsystems of management (TMS) and priorities of the second half of the year were considered.  Top-managers of the company - TMS managers and directors of eleven subsidiaries of IDGC of Centre, JSC - made reports at the meeting.

Pavel Obukhov, Deputy General Director for IT and management technologies, IDGC of Centre, JSC, told about the condition of the project activity and the most important TMS Management System projects. He noted that foreign partners admit successful development of business processes of the company. The company has repeatedly been presented at international forums and conferences of as in a leader in the field of automation of some business processes. Recently IDGC of Centre, JSC    has been nominated for International Project Management Association (IPMA) competition as an applicant for the title of the best organisation in IPMA projects management.

To become the leading company means for IDGC of Centre, JSC to become the best in all directions: concerning the value of its services or quality of the customer service, working capacity of its employees or the degree of organisation and  efficiency of business processes. Success is a constant and predictable growth.

Konstantin Kotikov, Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance, IDGC of Centre, JSC, made a report on achievement in the second quarter of the strategic goals of Growth and changes TMS on IDGC of Centre, JSC as an operating company.

Head of Economy and  finance target management subsystem Evgeny Bronnikov (Deputy General Director for economy and finance of IDGC of Centre, JSC)  told about perspective tasks for the second half of the year, having analysed the existing state of affairs in the given direction.

Key performance indicators of IDGC of Centre, JSC  and its branches concerning the main business processes were the subject of the report of Sergey Schumacher, Deputy General Director for Technical Policy.

During the meeting, the participants considered in detail the complexities in the work of the branches and summed up positive experience of their activity in the above-named directions.

During the break, the colleagues examined the industrial base of Belgorod Electric Networks production department and new cars for mobile teams presented by Lipetskenergo and Belgorodenergo.
