OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2008. Bank Electronika opened a new-format personal services office for residents of Samara. The office provides the public with convenient, advantageous banking services.

Clients may establish deposits, draw loans, and effect cash transfers. The retail office product line is democratic and accessible to families with average and even lower earnings. (Families whose monthly incomes range from 2,500 rubles per member are expected to use the services.) A sum of just 10 rubles is sufficient, for example, to open an account at the Bank, and cash credit is available in amounts of 5,000 rubles to 120,000 rubles. Loan applications require minimum documents and decisions on their extension are made quickly. Wire transfers in rubles may also be executed at the Bank. Individuals who open accounts will receive a free Visa Electron Non-Personalised international payment card.

The Bank has taken care to ensure that clients find it pleasant to visit its facilities. The office employs an entirely new method for organizing services. The interior has a pleasant original design in Bank Electronika’s contemporary corporate style. Each retail office has been outfitted with a children’s corner where little ones can comfortably spend time while parents are engaged with Bank personnel. Clients of the retail offices have been freed from the necessity of preparing receipts and payment orders – employees of the Bank handle all the routine work.

This is the second Bank Electronika personal services office to open in Samara Oblast; the first began working in Tolyatti not long ago. The new office is one more important building block in a powerful national network that Bank Electronika is developing. In accordance with the strategy of the Bank, by 2010 the institution will open 150 retail offices in large cities in Russia, those with populations exceeding 200,000. At this moment 14 retail offices are already at work.
