OREANDA-NEWS. On 29 August 2008 was announced, that in July, Vinnytsia bakery No. 2 (VKHP) increased production in comparable prices by 89.14% or UAH 5.5 million to UAH 11.67 million, compared with July 2007.

The enterprise's representative has disclosed this to Ukrainian News.

Compared with June, the bakery's output rose by 13.82% or by UAH 1.417 million.

In July, the company produced 6,283 tons of flour.

The spokesman attributes growing indicators to strengthening of demand for the production.

Over January-July, output of the company comprised UAH 69.485 million, which is an increase by 134.83% or UAH 39.895 million, compared with January-July 2007.

In June, Vinnytsia bakery No. 2 increased production in comparable prices by 66.17% or by UAH 4.083 million to UAH 10.253 million, compared with June 2007.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Vinnytsia bakery No.2 ended 2007 with a loss of UAH 0.381 million, having increased production in comparable prices by 11.3% or by UAH 7.635 million, compared to 2006, up to UAH 75.206 million.

The bakery finished 2006 with UAH 4 million in losses, having increased the production by 1.58% or UAH 0.86 million compared to 2005, to UAH 55.274 million.

Vinnytsia's bakery No. 2 was founded in 1972.

It was registered as an open joint stock company, and deals with grain processing, the production of flour and mixed fodders.

75.23% of the company's shares are owned by the enterprises, which form part of the Podillia Foodstuffs Company, and 20.71% by the New Euro Division Limited Company (UK).
