Today a new service center of VivaCell-MTS providing 24/7 services was opened in the center of Yerevan – on Amiryan Street. Thanks to 24/7 customer service, VivaCell-MTS newly-opened service center is expected to significantly enhance subscribers’ ability to access Company’s products and services. With this new service center the total number of VivaCell-MTS service centers across Armenia has become 71.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony held in Amiryan Street marked the launch of the new generation of VivaCell-MTS service centers operational 24/7 with a capacity to serve 140 subscribers per hour. After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the Company General Manager Ralph Yirikian said: “VivaCell-MTS cares, thus the subscriber is at the core of our operations. The more subscribers join our family, the bigger the responsibility to better cater for them becomes. Therefore, we will start providing 24/7 customer service in order to provide maximum access to our products and services. VivaCell-MTS has been always committed to deliver the best customer service along with the best in class products and services”.

VivaCell-MTS subscribers will benefit from all-day-round operation of the newly-opened service center as now they can easily visit the service center at anytime, during day and night, every day, where the whole range of the company’s products and services are made available: international roaming, post-paid and prepaid packages with respective tariff plans, invoice settling, different denomination scratch cards, number selection, GPRS, corporate packages, detailed bills, etc, as well as receive necessary customer support from professional staff.

With the aim to physically cover as much areas in Armenia as possible, VivaCell-MTS next innovation concerns its mobile service centers which number has considerably increased. These mobile service centers are moving from region to region to temporarily relocate in those communities which show increased demand for the Company products and services. VivaCell-MTS mobile service centers offer the same range of products and services available in the Company’s regular service centers.
