Water Is Life … It is not acceptable that nowadays people are still deprived of this very elementary need. Ushi and Parpi villages located on the South-East flank of the mountain Aragats with population of 1565 and 2500 inhabitants respectively had no comprehensive system of drinking water supply. People endured the hassle to import drinking water from the remote sources. And it even gets worse in winter-time. Engaged in cattle-breeding and farming, the villages don’t have enough resources to address the problem, and have been waiting for its solution for a long time.

True to Corporate Social Responsibility agenda, VivaCell-MTS as always is committed to helping the population in the marzes (regions) of Armenia to solve crucial social issues connected to the improvement of quality of life. Taking into consideration  that access to pure drinking water is a vital basic need for a decent life VivaCell-MTS decided to allocate resources for the construction of driking water pipelines and internal networks for Ushi and Parpi villages.
