OREANDA-NEWS  On 21 October was announced, that Fitch Ratings, an international credit rating agency, affirmed the credit ratings of the Styrol chemical concern (STIR), the Donetskstal metallurgical plant (Donetsk), and the Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt poultry company (Kyiv).

Fitch affirmed Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt's long-term, foreign-currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at B with a Stable Outlook; affirmed its long-term, local-currency IDR at B with a Stable Outlook; affirmed its foreign-currency senior unsecured rating of B, RR4 with a Stable Outlook; affirmed its national long-term rating at A(ukr) with a Stable Outlook.

The agency also affirmed Donetskstal's long-term, foreign-currency IDR at B- with a Stable Outlook; affirmed its long-term, local-currency IDR at B- with a Stable Outlook; affirmed its short-term, foreign-currency IDR at B; its short-term, local-currency IDR at B; its national long-term rating at BBB+(ukr) with a Stable Outlook; its national short-term rating at F2(ukr).

It also affirmed the Styrol concern's long-term, foreign-currency IDR at CCC with a Stable Outlook; affirmed its short-term, foreign-currency IDR at B; withdrew its foreign-currency senior unsecured rating of CCC+ and RR4 on UkrChemCapital BV's bond because the bond has been repaid in full.

Donetskstal Metallurgical Plant is a closed joint-stock company that specializes in the production and sale of metal products, coke, iron-ore concentrate, and sinter.

The Investrazvitie company (Donetsk) owns 96.46% of the shares in Donetskstal and Indtec Finance 3.54%.
Dotterbloem Holding B.V. (Netherlands) owns 50.1% of the shares in the Styrol concern, which is an open joint-stock company, and resident individuals own 14.19%.

Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt, which is an open joint-stock company, is a vertically integrated company consisting of 20 enterprises that produce fodder and incubation eggs, breed cattle and chickens, and process and sell the finished products.

Raftan Holding (Cyprus) owns 99.77% of the shares in Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt.
