OREANDA-NEWS  On 01 November was announced, that TMM increased its volume of residential property sales (in square meters) by 48% in January-September 2008, compared to the same period in 2007. The volume of residential property sales (in square meters) was increased by 8% in September 2008 compared to the average volume of sales over the period of eight months of the current year. Comparing September 2007 to September 2008, the growth of TMM's residential property sales (in square meters) increased by 26%.

The growth of TMM's property sales and the positive dynamics of the Company's revenue against the background of general operations reductions in the real estate market is the result of an increasing demand for TMM's high-quality real estate, which is considered a reliable entity for investments. At the same time the growth of TMM's property sales is the indication of the growing seasonal activity as well as the deferred demand for the real estate, which has substantially increased since II Quarter, 2008.

TMM mostly sells business and premium class property, which as a rule, implies the acquisition of property without the use of mortgage funds. Currently, apartments are available for sale in the following TMM real estate objects: in Kyiv - the premium-class residential complex "Triumph", the business class residential complex "Sonyachna Brama", the economy class residential complex "Aviator"; in Kharkiv - the premium class residential complex "Karat", the premium class residential complex "Kaskad", the business class residential complex "Green Town", the premium class residential complex "Flamingo", in Zhytomyr - the business class residential complex "Topaz".
