OREANDA-NEWS. November 6, 2008. Stroytransgaz and SIBUR have concluded a contract for preparatory work to expand gas processing capacity in the Noyabrsk region of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Work under the contract includes building the Vyngapurov gas processing plant, a loading rack in the city of Noyabrsk, products pipeline for natural gas liquids, and reconstructing the Vyngayakhin compressor station.

In the future, Stroytransgaz plans to take part in implementing the main part of this project. SiburTyumeneGaz, a subsidiary of SIBUR Holding, is customer for the work. The project is to be completed in 2008-2011.

The Vyngapurov gas processing plant, whose capacity is three billion cubic meters of gas per year, will be designed for processing associated petroleum gas from fields belonging to Gazprom Neft. The plant will produce dry residual gas and wide fraction hydrocarbons.
