OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2008. The Arbitrage Court of the Rostov Region on November 12 issued an interlocutory injunction in a trial of a lawsuit lodged by a minority shareholder of Inprom, thus prohibiting the company, until the trial is over, to execute the decisions of the Board of Directors dated May 10, 2007, and June 29, 2007 to exercise irrevocable buyback offers of the Company's series 03 bonds (state registration number 4-03-55534-P) and series 02 bonds (state registration number 4-02-55534-P), respectively. The interlocutory injunction does not restrict the rights of bondholders, including the right for coupon interest and the right to dispose of their bonds independently, i.e. to sell, gift, pledge, and redeem. Investors can sell the bonds to any interested party either on the stock or non-stock market.
