The exhibition “Metal-Expo” is the main event for promotion of metal products, innovative machine-building solutions and engineering services to the Russian market, this year it was held in a new expo centre “Crocus-Expo”. Despite the global economic situation, the event brought together a large number of manufacturers and exhibitors from Europe and Asia.

Yuriy Atanasov, the CEO of the Holding CENTRAVIS, commented on the event in the following way: “This year in November, the company CENTRAVIS took part in two major industry events: the 7th International Stainless & Special Steel Summit (Marbella, Spain) and an industrial exhibition “Metal-Expo” in Moscow. It is very important today not to lose communication with customers, suppliers and partners. It gives us an opportunity to respond quickly to the situation on the market, to understand what is happening with our customers. For example, the financial crisis has deeply affected our clients in CIS countries. A difficult financial situation, changes in terms of payments, an increase of accounts receivable — all this leads to the need for clear risk management and a more individualized approach in relations with customers. At the same time, the demand for our products from customers, such as CIS countries and Western Europe, still exists and there is every reason for its increase in the near future”.
