OREANDA-NEWS. December 03, 2008. Over January-November of 2008 the Consolidated Budget of Ukraine (according to operative data) has been filled with UAH 165, 281.3 mn of payments controlled by the state tax departments. It is by UAH 42, 366.4 mn or by 34.5% more from the respective period of the last year.

The budget assignments of General fund of the State Budget have been fulfilled at 102.4%, UAH 102,996.6 mn gathered, the budget additionally received UAH 2, 441,1 mn.

The growth of incomes against the previous year amounts 33.6% (+ UAH 25, 902.2 mn), in particular, from income tax – UAH 13, 553 mn, value added tax – UAH 8, 295.4 mn, rent payments – UAH 1, 692.2 mn, excise tax – UAH 1, 454.7 mn.

From the beginning of the year the taxpayers have been returned UAH 31, 421.2 mn of VAT which is 1.8 times more than over the respective period of 2007. In first turn reimbursement of VAT was carried to the exporters – producers of own production, metallurgic enterprises and grain traders.

November of the current year saw UAH 13, 800.7 mn to the general fund of the State Budget, which is by 26.8% or by 2, 912.4 mn more than November of 2007. The budget assignments have been implemented at 95.1%, UAH 712.8 mn not received.

According to the director of STA Economic analysis department of Ukraine Myroslav Laba, implementation of the estimated showings has been influenced by the world financial crisis which led to the fall of production at the enterprises of mining and smelting complex and decrease of their profitability, worsening of financial state of the Naftogas of Ukraine NJSC and their delinquency of payments by installments.
