IDGC of North-West, JSC held the meeting of the company’s management with the participation of the branches directors, where top-managers worked out the suggestions to be included into the special program directed to the ensuring of the distribution grid complex of the North-West region stable work within crisis conditions.

“In the circumstances concerned, we have to take productive measures to ensure the stable work of the company and reliable power supply of the consumers in winter conditions and also help the implementation of not only current, but future plans of the region power grid complex development,” said Alexander Kukhmay at the opening session.

According to Alexander Kukhmay, the work in crisis conditions requires the economically viable expenses decrease and reasonable cost minimization. The analysis of the expected economic indexes of the Company’s work in the next year shows that the expenses decrease is necessary to be carried out in the amount of not less than five percent from the cost price.

“Before the end of the year we are to develop the balanced program of costs decrease and reach the decrease of the credit amount. I set this task before the representatives of the company’s executive administration and branches directors,” said Alexander Kukhmay.

“You should perceive the reality taking into consideration the expected results of the tariff regulation in 2009,” explained his position the General Director of IDGC of North-West, JSC.

According to the instructions of Alexander Kukhmay the branches directors should send to the executive administration of IDGC of North-West, JSC business-plans for 2009 and the programs directed to the costs decrease within the limits of the recommended amounts till the second half of December.
