OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2008. OJSC North-West Telecom summed up the results of the open tender for the right of providing the services of voluntary medical insurance and insurance against accidents to OJSC N.W.Telecom's employees in 2009 .

JSIC Russky Mir has been chosen as the winner of the tender for the right of providing the services of voluntary medical insurance and OJSC AlfaStrakhovanie for the right of providing services in insurance of   OJSC N.W.Telecom's employees against accidents.

The open tender was held in compliance with the Provision s on the Procedure of Bidding (an Open Tender/Auction) for the Right of Providing Financial Services to OJSC N.W.Telecom, which had been developed in compliance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation , the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" No. 135-FZ of 26.07.06, the Federal Law "On Placing Orders for Deliveries of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State and Municipal Needs" No. 94-FZ of 21.07.05.

The following companies took part in the tender:

Lot No. 1 Voluntary Medical Insurance of OJSC N.W.Telecom's Employees with the starting (maximum) contract price (lot price) of 99,000,000 ( ninety nine million) roubles - JSIC Russky Mir, ICJSC Medexpress, and OJSC VSK;

Lot No. 2 Insurance of   OJSC N.W.Telecom's Employees against Accidents with the starting (maximum) contract price (lot price) of 800,000 ( eight hundred thousand ) roubles - JSIC Russky Mir, ICJSC Medexpress, branch of CJSC GUTA-Strakhovanie in St. Petersburg, and OJSC AlfaStrakhovanie.

The united commission of OJSC N.W.Telecom for bidding organization has assessed and compared applications for participation in the tender in compliance with the criteria and procedure stated in the notification of tender and tender documentation and has determined the winners.
