OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 January 2009 was announced, that TMM Company increased the volume of sales (in square meters) by 25% yoy in 2008. TMM sold over 36,000 sq m of residential real estate in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Zhytomyr. Sales in 1H08 formed 55% of the total yearly volume.

The sales volume growth and positive dynamics of cash proceeds of the company against the background of general decrease of operations on the real estate market is the result of increasing demand for high-quality real estate of TMM as a reliable construction company.

The volume of factual cash proceeds from the residential sales allowed TMM to maintain stable construction works volumes in 2008. As reported earlier, TMM increased the construction works volume 21% yoy. In 2H08 the volume of construction works increased 4% compared to 1H08.

With limited access to mortgage financing and unstable economy TMM offers its clients the program of installment payment when buying apartments in the company's projects under construction as well as the fixed exchange rate program, which was started in December 2008 and thanks to its efficiency extended till 28 February 2009.

Currently apartments are available for sale in 13 objects including: TMM real estate objects: in Kyiv - the premium-class residential complex "Triumph", the business class residential complex "Sonyachna Brama", the economy class residential complex "Aviator"; in Kharkiv - the premium class residential complex "Karat", the premium class residential complex "Kaskad", the business class residential complex "Green Town", the premium class residential complex "Flamingo".
