OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 February 2009 was announced, that Andrey Makarov, Head of Generation Urals Division of IES-Holding that manages TGC-5, and Evgeny Frolov, Chairman of the Council of Trade Union Organizations Representatives in TGC-5 branches, have signed the Collective Agreement for the years 2009-2011. The new Collective Agreement has been developed in accordance with the unified social policy principles adopted for all companies within IES-Holding.

The new Collective Agreement retains the benefits, guarantees and compensations that existed earlier, and at the same time introduces improvements to the social package provided to the Company employees. In particular, the amount of monthly material aid to employees on maternity leave is increased, as well as material aid provided to the participants on the Great Patriotic War on Victory Day.

Evgeny Frolov, Chairman of the Council of Trade Union Organizations Representatives in TGC-5 branches said, "It is important that in spite of the complicated economic situation in the energy sector and industry as a whole, the Collective Agreement has retained the key benefits for employees."

In the course of collective negotiations the parties confirmed the need for gradual development of the positions of the agreement that were in force earlier, which is in line with the consistent and stable social policy of IES-Holding that includes TGC-5, as well as the intention of both parties to strengthen and expand the system of social partnership.
