OREANDA-NEWS. February 27, 2009. CJSC GRASYS has supplied a nitrogen adsorption plant AdA-0.010 for the R&D enterprise MIKRAN engaged in development and manufacture of telecommunication facilities and microwave radio measuring devices (Tomsk-c.). The nitrogen adsorption plant will be used by NPF Mikran to ensure compliance with process requirements.

The supplied adsorption nitrogen plant is designed to produce high purity nitrogen — 99.99% at 7 nmі/hr. The adsorption plant includes the adsorption gas separation unit and the plant control system. The critical advantage of ADA plants is their simplicity in operation and maintenance. Due to complete automation, the plant does not require constant control during operation. Among other benefits delivered by AdA nitrogen plants are the short start-up and shut-down period and compact dimensions.

The plants are manufactured with the adoption of  state-of-the-art technologies allowing to guarantee high quality and reliability of equipment. The plants are designated for indoor operation and provided in the UKHL4.1 climatic package.

Adsorption nitrogen plants are suitable for a broad range of applications, especially those requiring nitrogen of fairly high purity. The plants are used in chemical, petrochemical and petroleum as well as food industry, in pharmaceutics and microelectronics etc.
