OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 March 2009 was announced, that MIRAX GROUP Corporation paid the fifth coupon yield on the second bond issue. The total amount payable was 164,400,000 rubles.

The Corporation’s second bond issue, worth 3 billion rubles, had been floated on the MICEX Stock Exchange on 21 September 2006 with the coupon rate of 10.99% per annum (54 rubles 80 kopeks per each bond).

“The Corporation can now guarantee timely payouts on its bonds thanks to the correct financial policy”, underlined Dmitry Lutsenko, member of the Board of Directors of Mirax Group.

The lead managers and underwriters of the bond issue are OJSC Bank ZENIT and OJSC Vneshtorgbank. The placement and paying agent is OJSC Bank ZENIT, and the escrow agent is the National Depository Center (NDC).
