Pilot operation of the "Turbine" will be run in the Kirov Branch from April till July of 2009. Over this period IES specialists will complete necessary adoptions, load additional information, perform personnel retraining. Over 500 users operate in the new system at Kirov Co-Generation Plants.

Upon the testing completion the "Turbine" will be replicated and introduced to TGC-5. It is planned to install the program at all generating facilities of IES-Holding in 2009.

"We are trying to apply integrated approach while introducing information technologies to our enterprises. Business processes in generation are so complicated that partial automation of one or another system has very poor effect. That is why resolving the issues of business processes optimization, repairs, purchases, cash flow management requires application of integrated approach", - Vice President for Information Technologies of IES-Holding Sergey Emelchenkov noted.
