But, its only the statistics, which, nevertheless, allows to reliably assess the interest of the producers to the new form of dialogue and cooperation of power engineers and producers, for the first time proposed in IDGC of North-West.

But the main thing is: what is the efficiency coefficient of CAPs taking place in IDGC of North-West and why does it generate such an interest in the professional environment?

We would like to quote one of the expressions: Vladimir Shevelev, Technical Director of the Research Center “Bresler” (City of Cheboksary) says, “The day of IDGC of North-West presentations does not look like the medley of producers. It is the constructive and mutually beneficial dialogue of the professionals.”

The topic of the next presentations day, proposed for the discussion with the produces by the technical management of IDGC of North-West within the framework of  CAPs format was “Relay protection and automation”.

Russian Companies, joint enterprices, working in the sphere of fuel and energy complex proposed the set of the unique innovation projects which generated the considerable interest of the specialists and were actively discussed not only during the plenary sessions. Opinions exchange was continued also during the brakes.

To the contrary, the issue – which school and, in general, the ideology of the relay protection and automation system construction in the electric power facilities for the present day is the most progressive and advanced, remained open. It means that the dialogue of power engineers and the branch producers will be further continued, but in a more constructive way.

“To use the advanced technologies, materials and equipment, it is necessary to know what the electric power market can propose. In their turn, the consumers should know what power engineers want from them, and what is the technical strategy of the electric grid companies’ development. Due to the Unified day of presentations carried out in the format of partners dialogue, we truly possess the opportunity to solve all the tasks” said Georgiy Turlov, Chief Engineer of the largest in the North-West distribution grid company, summing up the results of CAPs-3 and starting the new activity which will take place in autumn.
