OREANDA-NEWS. June 11, 2009. Joint development and production of military equipment with other countries were the topics of discussion. As the President pointed out, this is one of the most promising areas for cooperation, which during a crisis will facilitate expenses reductions and enhance scientific and technological relations.

The session also touched on issues of training foreign military experts in the Defence Ministry educational establishments.
