Gazprom-controlled genco Mosenero and two European banks concluded an agreement Monday on providing the Moscow-based energy concern with a credit line with a limit of up to EUR 415 mn for a term of 16.5 years, Mosenergo reported. As the genco said in a press release, the designated purpose of the credit facility is to finance contracts that are being executed by Mosenergo and Siemens AG on the delivery of power units for the construction of gas-vapor power units (PGU-420s) as part of the energy concern’s investment program.
