OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 June 2009 was announced, that Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov signed the order to develop a hotel complex on 20 Chaplygina Street in the centre of the Russian capital.

Under the document the decision was made to proceed with the development of Moscow’s hotel industry.

A site intended for the hotel has the 0.22-hectare area.

Moskomarkhitektura (Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development) is charged to draw up the site layout plan.

The order fulfilment will be supervised by first deputy Moscow Mayor, Vladimir Resin, and prefect of Moscow’s central administrative district, Aleksey Aleksandrov.
