OREANDA-NEWS. June 26, 2009. The pace of the harvesting campaign is steadily accelerated in Lebap Velayat. Grain growers in three regions of Lebap reported on the fulfillment of the contractual obligations on production of gold ak bugday.

Tenant farmers of the largest grain growing region of the Amu Darya Valley – Serdarabat Etrap delivered over 56,000 tons of high-quality wheat to the receiving points. Farmers of Beyik Turkmenbashi Etrap picked up the baton of the high labour results. They completed the harvesting campaign ahead of schedule and harvested over 11,200 tons of wheat grain. Grain growers of the youngest region in Lebap – Dovletli Etrap fulfilled the contractual obligations and produced over 18,000 tons of grain.
