OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 June 2009 was announced, that Roman Nizhankovsky was appointed the executive vice-president of the Close Corporation “IES” – the head of division “Generation of the Urals”. So far he has been deputy head of the division of economy and finances and from 2005 to 2008 he had the post of the first deputy general director of OJSC “TGC-9”.

According to the arrangement of the parties, the former head of “Generation of the Urals” Andrey Makarov was the head of the company during the year in the period of TGC-5 and TGC-9 integration into one division and going through the autumn-winter maximum. Having completely fulfilled all his tasks, he left the company.

Roman Valentinovich Nizhankovsky was born in 1974. He graduated from the economy faculty of Perm State University. In 2003-2005 he was the head of economic planning department and then deputy general director of economy of OJSC “Permenergo”.

Roman Nizhankovsky says that the most important objectives on the new post are “qualitative preparation for the coming autumn-winter period, increase of effectiveness of management structure and solution of problems connected with the growing accounts receivable of consumers”.
