OREANDA-NEWS. On July 10, 2009 X.O. Casino of  Storm International opened in Hyatt Regency Bishkek, the IBC member. On July 9 Hyatt Regency Bishkek hosted a press conference devoted to this event, reported the press-centre of IBC.

The press conference was attended by Storm International’s Chief Executive Officer Darren Keane,  X.O.-Bishkek Casino General Manager Helen Keane and spokesman for Storm International Lavrentiy Gubin.

“We are working in the premium segment of the market and our brands are synonymous with credibility, player confidence, service and standards,” said Darren Keane. “Therefore the opening of our X.O. Casino in Hyatt Hotel is a logical stage of the company development.”

This is a chamber casino of X.O. format which has shown itself to good advantage in other projects of the company, aiming at high-rollers, well-to-do guests of the capital city.

“The facility is designed in the luxurious “art deco” style, said Helen Keane. “Luxury, sophisticated taste and comfort – this is what Storm International’s experts have been targeting at, creating the interior of X.O.-Bishkek Casino.”

At the first stage the company is poised to invest USD 6 million in developing its business in Kyrgyzstan, providing well-paid job opportunities for 150 local residents. The conditions of work in Storm International correspond to the highest international standards and all requirements of the national laws.

“The casino will operate in compliance with the Responsible Gaming Program introduced by the company several years ago,” explained Lavrentiy Gubin. The program includes dissemination of special collateral devoted to compulsive gambling, ban of access to gambling for psychologically unstable people, strict control over quality of gambling facilities, and also arrangement of special trainings for the staff.
