OREANDA-NEWS. Beginning August 1, 2009, Sviaz-Bank will have new rates for legal entities and self-employed businesspeople, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

“Changing the Bank’s current rates is dictated by the general market situation. We see it important, though, to keep our services competitive and give our customers what they want,” said Olga Oleinik, Vice Chair of Sviaz-Bank’s Management Board. “We continue actively to develop our corporate business and expect an influx of new customers, and at the same time we want to raise the Bank’s charges.”

The new Tariff Directory gives slightly lower charges on transactions with foreign currencies, higher rates on some types of cash services in rubles, documentary transactions, and encashment. New services have been added for customers’ convenience, in particular, issue of all-inclusive certificates at customers’ requests, certification of customers’ documents, and changing of banknotes and coins, among others.

The new rates will apply to the Bank’s Head Office in Moscow and will serve as a baseline for its regional branches.
