OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2009. PAVA, Ltd., paid interest on the eleventh coupon of its Series 02 bonds in full and on time. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent for the company, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 19.00% per annum, or 46 rubles 85 kopecks per bond. In all, 201,758 rubles 95 kopecks was paid out in coupon interest.

PAVA, Ltd., floated its second bond issue on November 16, 2006. The issue was sold with three options, the first of which was exercised on May 13, 2008, the second on May 6, 2009, and the third is to be taken on August 4, 2009. Coupons 12 to 20 come at a rate of zero percent per annum. The bonds have a five-year maturity, and the company has raised 1 billion rubles by selling the issue.
