OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2009. Novonoronezh Nuclear Power Plant is being built ab initio under "Federal Target Program for Developing the Nuclear Energy Industrial Complex of Russia for 2007-2010 and for the Period Till 2015", reported the press-centre of INPROM.

The project has entered the active phase of installation and construction work at reactor 2. NNPP's project is innovative, it fits all safety requirements and European standards. A total of 130 billion RUR in state financing have been allocated for the project, and the funds must be used most effectively.

INPROM branch in Voronezh supplies circular cages for bored and cast-in-place piles. The reinforcement is manufactured with modern European equipment, is marked by geometry fidelity (linearity of axial and transversal welded rods) and high quality of welded joints. It allows customers to get rid of non-core operations, thereby reducing working cycle and costs, and to enhance quality and reliability of construction.
