OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 August 2009 was announced, that JSC Irkutskenergo plans to build a new 80 MW substation in the Pribrezhny district, Angarsk. According to the information analytical department of the city administration, at the present moment new microdistricts No.30, 31 and 32 are being developped.
