The Russian company presented this project at the “Nuclear Energy Against the Crisis” in the Czech Republic. “MIR is both an NPP construction project and a cooperation model. Almost 70% of all equipment deliveries and services will be carried out in the Czech Republic. Systematic development of contacts has laid a firm basis for Russian-Czech cooperation in the 21st century,” reports the press service of Atomstroyexport. 

The sources says that the infrastructure of the Czech companies manufacturing equipment for nuclear power plants has been created with the support of Russian specialists and has proved its stability despite political and economic changes. Today, Atomstroyexport is highly interested in using the capacities of the Czech machine building enterprises under its contracts to build and modernize nuclear power plants.
