OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2009. Following its strategy of attaining leadership in the top-priority regions, IC Allianz ROSNO Life, subsidiary of Allianz NE, continues expanding the regional agent network, and now it is opening an agency in Volgograd, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The position of director of the Volgograd Agency of Allianz ROSNO Life will be held by Mr. Denis Yukhanayev, who has a longstanding job record in insurance.

The new office is located at the following address: 30 Tkacheva Street.

All private and corporate clients will be able to choose from the entire range of life insurance services: programs of accumulative life insurance ("Lifestyle"), pension insurance ("Longevity"), life insurance for the children’s benefit ("Gift to a Child"), fixed-term life insurance ("ABC of Protection"), accident insurance ("Risk Control"), and corporate life insurance programs: "Corporate Loyalty", "Corporate Protection", and "Corporate Pension".

The insurance contracts can be denominated in roubles, US dollars, or euro; alternatively, a special option — a multicurrency scheme — can be used.

Along with Volgograd, Allianz ROSNO Life is also represented in the following cities of the Southern Federal Okrug: Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don.

"In the first half of 2009, the aggregate insurance premium collected by ROSNO’s Southern Directorate amounted to 9.8 mln roubles. This is 40% above the same indicator of the year 2008, evidencing that the demand for the long-term insurance products in the Southern Federal Okrug has already been formed and continues growing. Volgograd is a city with over one million residents and a permanent inflow of investments in the trading, construction and manufacturing sectors, thus stimulating growth of population income. Nevertheless, the life insurance market of Volgograd Region is only at the start of its road to development, and not all major insurers have already begun their operations in the region.
