OREANDA-NEWS On 05 October AS LTB Bank informed that according to requirements of European Parliament directive No.2007/65/EK Bank had changed credit transfers commission charges payments conditions and transfer completion conditions, and further starting from 1st of November, 2009:

Bank shall accept and execute all outgoing transfers in euro (EUR), in any other currency of European Economic Area member states or in Swiss Confederation national currency, and beneficiary’s bank is located in a member state of European Economic Area or in the Swiss Confederation, with charging option SHA;

in case a customer has indicated other charging option in submitted payment order, Bank or correspondent bank has right to change charging option to SHA without customer’s consent;

if incoming credit transfer’s currency is euro (EUR), any other currency of European Economic Area member states or Swiss Confederation national currency, funds will be credited to customer’s account on the credit transfer receiving day (value date + 0 (zero) Bank’s working day).
