OREANDA-NEWS On 05 October was announced, that the second stage of closed stock floatation of additional issue of Prominvestbank shares had finished. The largest shareholder of the bank - State Corporation 'Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)' (Russian Federation) within additional shares issue had transferred to Prominvestbank USD 500.0 mln. Therefore the authorized capital increased by UAH 4.0 bln as it was approved by General Shareholders Meeting on September, 11. The funds were transferred by two tranches: the first one - on September, 24 - UAH 375.0 mln and the second one - on September, 29 - USD 125.0 mln.

As a result of this authorized capital increase the share of Vnesheconombank will make 93.84% and the share of LLC 'SIGNUS' (subsidiary of SLAV AG) - 3.63%, the share of Matvienko family will be - 1.28% and the share of other shareholders -1.25%. All Prominvestbank shareholders willing to participate in the first stage of stock placement could do it and they used this opportunity.

Due to the increase of the authorized capital the regulative capital of the bank will make UAH 6.5 bln and thus capital adequacy will be about 21 percent that exceeds the standard normative of National bank of Ukraine twice. Regulative capital to assets ratio will be 19% (normative standard is over 9% and the average figure for the Ukrainian banking system is 12.8%. Quick liquidity ratio is 140% (normative standard is 20% while average figure for the Ukrainian banking system is 65.3%). One borrower credit risk is 16% (normative standard is not more than 25%).

Owing to the high level of authorized capital the bank is in the group of top five banks in Ukraine. The bank can grant UAH 1.6 bln loan to one borrower and this is the best figure among the Ukrainian banks.
