OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2009. All of residential buildings in Moscow are ready for the winter season, Andrey Tsybin, head of the Department for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement of Moscow, said on October 13.

According to him, all the 30,922 residential buildings of Moscow have been prepared for the forthcoming winter.

Mr Tsybin emphasized that city authorities considered the power efficiency as one of the most significant components of housing development in Moscow.

“The Department for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement of Moscow has prepared a draft order document aimed at developing energy services in the city and creating a board of the department for energy efficiency,” the official added.
