OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2009. In Moscow, there was a ceremony of inauguration of a new “Be Healthy” clinic within the framework of Ingosstrakh’s project to develop a network of its own medical centers. This is the third medical center in Moscow. The clinic is located in the very heart of the old city at Posledniy per. 28. The investments totaled over RUB 200mln.

The new clinic occupies a modern 6-storeyed building of the total floor area of 4850 square meters.  As all other medical institutions in the Be Healthy network, it is equipped with modern medical and diagnostics devices that help to ensure full range of outpatient and dental services. The diagnostics section offers X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopic and other research in the shortest time. The center has certified staff doctors of all main specialties, including with highest scientific degrees. For patients’ convenience, some doctors work till 24:00; the 24/7 department has the section of radio diagnosis, which includes X-ray and MRI, and trauma.  To enhance efficiency and quality of services, some of the processes are automated. For instance, patients can make an appointment electronically, there’s also an e-file on each patient containing results of all medical consultations, check-ups and tests, which helps save time and monitor the quality of medical aid.  Since the new clinic is in the very center of Moscow where it is quite difficult to park a car, there’s an underground parking for patients. The clinic has the capacity for 1200 visitors per day.

It must be mentioned that Ingosstrakh IJSC announced the establishment of its own network of medical centers that would provide services under voluntary medical insurance contracts in 2007. Then, the Company purchased two medical clinics “Be Healthy” in Moscow at Komsomolskiy prospect 28 and Miasnitskaya st. 13, buildings 13-13а-14. In 2009 the Insurer opened clinics in Saratov at Vavilova st. 23/25 and in St. Petersburg at Ligovskiy prospect 274 А. In 2009, over RUB 500mln was invested into three clinics. Today, Be Healthy clinics have over 250000 patients and over 650 medical staff.

According to Alexander Grigoriev, General Director of Ingosstrakh IJSC, “till the end of this year, it is planned to open another medical center for adults in Moscow and a children’s polyclinic. In 2010 it is planned to open clinics in Krasnodar, Kazan, Ufa and Novosibirsk, total required investments will amount to about RUB 700mln. When the project is completed, there will be 24 Be Healthy Clinics operating in Russia. Altogether, Ingosstrakh plans to invest over USD 100mln in this project.
