OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2009. OOO Amway – a Russian branch one of the leading international direct selling companies, producing and selling beauty, health and home care products – launched its official blog amwaytoday.ru.

The aim of the project is to set up an open and dynamic communication with everyone who has concern about Amway: those who is building their Amway business, those who are fond of its products, those who would like to start an Amway business and those who would like to know more about Amway brands and their peculiarities, and even those who knows nothing about Amway.

"It’s not a secret that since the end of the 90-ties in Russia the direct selling industry if followed by skepticism. Sometimes it stops people to consume unique products that have proved themselves on the USA and European markets long ago, - comments External Affairs Director Alexey Petrenko. – We see the decision in dynamic informing and briefing of our consumers regarding the most burning questions related either to direct selling industry in general or Amway products in particular".

Today not too many companies make up a decision to take part in such kind of a dialogue and moreover – to initiate discussions that can contain critic and negative replies. "We would like to let people know that Amway is always open for communication and treats every opinion with respect even if it totally differs from our point of view", - continues Alexey Petrenko.
