SOLLERS, who are organising implementation of the project for organising the first car plant in the Far East, announce the start of mass recruitment at the newly created company SOLLERS-Dalniy Vostok (Far East).In the first stage, specialists will be recruited who will work on construction of the production site, installation of equipment and infrastructure.

In addition they will look after building the main operational processes which ensure production activity of the car company. At the moment OOO SOLLERS-Dalniy Vostok have vacancies for 30 different specialists including production engineers and specialists in infrastructure management, power supply, logistics, customs clearance and sales.In addition, the SOLLERS-Dalniy Vostok office in Vladivostok is recruiting personnel managers, economists, accountants and legal department employees for the future car plant. Starting from the second half of October SOLLERS-Dalniy Vostok are planning to announce mass recruitment of workers from different fields who will be involved directly in car production.

In November 2009 a special training centre will be opened, where the selected candidates will be able to study the main production operations and undergo the necessary training on the assembly line before starting to work."We believe that the opportunity of working in a modern car plant, which will use global technologies and quality standards, the opportunity of gaining unique experience and knowledge in the sphere of production organisation and management, will be of great interest to the residents of Vladivostok and Primorsky Krai," announced Vadim Shvetsov, General Director of SOLLERS, noting that the company are ready to invest significant resources into staff training in the company.We should recall that the SOLLERS project for car production in the Far East provides for the creation of a full scale car plant in Vladivostok, which will produce Korean SsangYong SUV’s, Japanese ISUZU trucks and light commercial vehicles Fiat Ducato. Production is planned to begin at the end of December of the current year.
