OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2009. BPC Banking Technologies, the leading provider of program solutions for retail financial industry, has appreciated CRM SaaS solution and prolonged the Agreement with I.T. Co. for upcoming year. The Agreement aims to increase the number of SugarCRM on-site Professional licenses.

The decision to implement SugarCRM system on the base of SaaS (Software as a service) software was approved by BPC management team one year ago. The major goal faced by the new system was successfully achieved during the year, i.e. to build up long-term relations with more than 45 banking structures and nonfinancial businesses in Russia, CIS and foreign countries as well as to bring to light the compliance with customer needs. The use of SaaS model hasn’t required the purchasing of program software but presupposed the regular lease payments to I.T. Co. This measure enabled the company to cut on CRM expenses. As a consequence a new service Agreement was signed between I.T. Co. and BPC for the next year.

Taking into account the advantages gained due to system implementation and further business development, BPC management team decided to increase the number of SugarCRM on-site Professional up to 40 licenses.

In order to establish long-term relationships with customers and to analyze their satisfaction with provided services, the management of the company decided to implement SugarCRM system. During the year BPC employees were actively using all functional capacity of the system what enabled BPC to improve customer work efficiency in general. That is the reason why at the end of the term of the previous Agreement we didn’t hesitate which product to choose,” Vitaly Vitenko, department head of Corporate Client Services Department said.
