OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2010. The Belarusian government has set itself a task to reach a foreign trade surplus in three or four years, Prime Minister Sergei Sidorsky said during a meeting late.

“We have set ourselves a task to have a surplus in foreign trade in three or four years,” the premier said.

“We must work thoroughly to make these ambitious plans come true within three to four years,” he said.
