OREANDA-NEWS. February 04, 2010. At a shareholders’ meeting of LatRosTrans Ltd – a subsidiary of the public joint stock company Ventspils nafta – changes were introduced in the composition of the Supervisory Council of LatRosTrans Ltd, with the appointment of new leadership of the Supervisory Council.

For the next three years, Simon Boddy – the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Ventspils nafta, Jeffrey Martz – Senior Commercial Representative of the Vitol Group, Dmitry Vinogradov – distillates trader for the Vitol Group in Moscow, Mikhail Dvorak – member of the Supervisory Council of JSC Ventspils nafta, and Olga Kurenkova – Operations Manager of VNT S.A. in Moscow, which is a company within JSC Ventspils nafta shareholder, the Vitol Group, will work in the Supervisory Council of LatRosTrans Ltd on behalf of JSC Ventspils nafta, representing 66% of capital of LatRosTrans Ltd.

The other co-owner of LatRosTrans Ltd – the Russian JSC Transnefteprodukt (34% of capital) – will be represented on the Supervisory Council of LatRosTrans Ltd by Mickhail Arustamov – the First Vice President of the Russian JSC Transneftj, Vladimir Nazarov – the First Vice President of JSC Transnefteprodukt, and Dmitry Barkov – Deputy Head of Legal Department of JSC Transnefteprodukt.

S.Boddy has been appointed as the Chairman and M.Arustamovs – as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council of LatRosTrans Ltd.

LatRosTrans Ltd is the owner and operator of crude oil and petroleum products main pipeline in the territory of Latvia.
