OREANDA-NEWS. February 09, 2010. The meeting organized by the Jogorku Kenesh Committee for Social Policy together with the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, attended government representatives, civil society, media and international organizations, reported the press-centre of IBC.

IBC has developed its comments and suggestions on the law, which were directed the member of the Committee on Social Policy MP Gulnara Derbisheva.

According to IBC, this provision of the law has no implementation mechanisms that could encourage employers to contribute to government objectives in the field of employment. Thus, Article 9 should consider incentive mechanisms that may involve the provision of tax deduction from income tax amounts to vocational training of their employees and applicants. Moreover, if an employer creates social jobs for unemployed citizens, he should enjoy a proportional reduction in tax profit.

International Business Council believes that these measures would help to raise the interest of employers in the execution of the law.
